My Story

I see each pregnancy as a miracle as well as a life transforming process. For the last 17 years, I have practiced energetic facilitation to guide and support women in having a healthy pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum recovery. Services for moms are also available to dads to keep moms and dads caring for themselves and their relationship first in order to joyfully bring children into the world and raise healthy children.
